Registration Fee/DepositsUpon acceptance into Phoenix Child Centre all families must pay a non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 and deposit will be charged. Deposits will be applied to last month’s fees providing one months notice for withdrawal is given. Deposit charges are as follows:
Six months post-dated cheques are required at the time of acceptance. We do not accept cash payments. A charge of $25.00 will be applied to all NSF cheques. Families are required to pay for care during temporary absences due to vacation or illness. Families are entitled to one week’s vacation during the last week of August when the centre is closed to the children for professional development purposes. Families are responsible for fees during extended absences. Should you decide to withdraw your child from care, spaces will not be guaranteed and no priority will be given on the wait list.
